In this 141st Special Report, the Human Rights Council (HRCO) presents the findings of its on-site investigation into the loss of human lives, bodily injury, illegal detention, destruction of property and various social crises that resulted from the clashes following the indentity-related demands of members of the Wogayt community living in Tigray National Regional State, the Qimant community living in Amhara National Regional State and the Qutcha and Kontoma community living in the Souther Nations, Nationalities and Peoples National Regional State.
